Lessons from Who Moved My Cheese.
I have just sat down and watched the small video here called who moved my Cheese. No doubt many of you have read the book. I love reading and have a library that many of my friends are very envious of.
This was one very small book I read after it first came out and wondered when the movie would come out…. well here it is, well the short version anyway.
Some lessons from the Book:
Anticipate change… smell the cheese often so You Know when it’s getting old….
Change Happens…. They just keep Moving The Cheese
When You Change What You Believe You Change What You Do…
Adapt Quickly to Change, the Quicker you Let go Of the Old Cheese the Sooner You Can Enjoy The New Cheese..
So many lessons from this great parable. You watch and see how it speaks to you and then make the changes that you need to make.
If you want more in your life, then find out what it is you want and go after it.
If you want more in your bank account then find a way to make it happen
If you want better relationships then make it happen.
It’s always up to you, you are the answer to your own problem. Change and adapt, make things happen
You know the old saying, “If You keep doing what you have always done you will keep getting what you have always got.” It’s up to you to decide if thats what you want or not.
Here is this little video, enjoy it. Learn from it. Be the person you are meant to be.

That little tiny book has SO much wisdom. I was first introduced to it a few years back by John Toomey, a brilliant Aussie speaker and wellness advisor – look him up on facebook!
It’s so cool that you have found that movie Gail – thank you for sharing
Hi Gail, I read that whole book once non-stop… XLNT! This clip is SO easy to watch, I am glad you sniffed it out, put your running shoes on + shared it with us! Thanks!
FEAR: We all have it, but only a few of us understand it when it kicks in and how it “plays tricks on our mind”……
This is why it is soooooooooooooooo IMPORTANT you choose who you hang out with….after all you are the average of who you hang out with!!
Agree with you there. Alot never really get that though do they. They start to change then get bought back to where they started, this vidoe is so excellant everyone I show it to has a lesson they learn. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for your comments Wendy its a very cool story and very real.
Your welcome Jodie, love this little video. Very cool as the book is. I bought his other book last week “Peaks and Valleys” hope that comes out in video format as well. Thank you for sharing and taking part
Hi Gail,
That’s a great video. I am so impressed I’m going to share it with my kids because it is a nice way to explain the importance of being ready to take on change in your life to help you move forward and aspire to greater things.
This is so much easier than reading the book which I did ages ago. It relates to me really well at present moving on from a bereavement. The change was unexpected, I didn’t want to change etc etc… but when overcoming fear and having a go I can go out on my own and find new opportunities and happy times. But its easy to move back into old ways!!! So good. Thanks. Going to steal it for my facebook page. Cheers
Hi Michael, great comment you left on my blog re the who moved my cheese movie. Its great when people take part, I love the movie and would love it if everyone could get to see it.
Thank you
Gail
